Black Ambitionist Mentorship Programs

Founded by Pharrell Williams, Black Ambition is catalyzing the narrative and resources to close the racial wealth gap. In 2022, we collaborated with Black Ambition to create a program in which 242 Black, Latinx(e), and HBCU-affiliated founders and 37 culturally adaptive lead mentors deepened their mission alignment and entrepreneurial toolkit. In 2023, we created a program for 2XX founders and 38 lead mentors. Cinematica Labs was responsible for the program design from recruiting mentors, designing curriculum, and providing virtual session content with the goals of personal growth, company growth, and resilient relationships.

We're currently in our third year of this partnership to continue our efforts of closing the opportunity and wealth gap. By the end of 2024, we expect to uplift ~750 Black and Latine founders and 100+ mentors, while achieving a high Net Promoter Score, over 85% of founders and mentors feeling great about their mentor match, and over 70% of founders feeling like they deveoped 3+ strong relationships.
