Black Ambitionist Mentorship Programs

Founded by Pharrell Williams, Black Ambition is catalyzing the narrative and resources to close the racial wealth gap by empowering Black and Latine founders with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. In partnership with Black Ambition, Cinematica Labs has been at the forefront of designing and executing impactful programs that have supported over 750 founders and 60 culturally adaptive mentors annually.

Our work centers on fostering not only personal and company growth, but also nurturing strong, resilient relationships amongst founders and mentors. In 2023, our program achieved an outstanding 89 Net Promoter Score, reflecting the deep impact we’re making in the lives of founders and mentors alike.

With the completion of our third year in this transformative partnership, we remain committed to continuing our mission of elevating founders, engaging culturally adaptive mentors, and driving meaningful, lasting change.
